Learn how to identify your purpose, strengths and motivations! Entrepreneur, Maxwell Certified Leadership Coach and DISC Behavioral Consultant, Jon Rector, will lead us in the Law of Awareness. For over 15 years, Jon has led in sales and nonprofit leadership roles including being Area Director of Fellowship of Christian Athletes. He co-founded Renew Coaching where he worked with clients at the United States Air Force, JS-Interactive, Biggs Landscape, small business owners, nonprofits, and churches. In May of 2025, Jon launched Rector Leadership LLC. to develop stronger leaders, healthier teams, and a greater impact through values-based executive leadership coaching, training, and behavioral assessments.
Mastermind Circle
This focused time allows participants to share a current struggle, goal, or roadblock related to purpose, faith, or work. Each person will take a brief turn in the “hot seat” to receive feedback, ideas, and encouragement from the group. It’s a powerful way to gain clarity, brainstorm solutions, and move forward with renewed confidence.

We have a special volunteer opportunity following our speaker. HopeAustin provides meals to local students who lose their subsidized meals over the weekend. As a group, we will assemble and pack snack bags to help end childhood hunger one child and one meal at a time. Let's join Hope Austin stepping in to ensure our kids at risk of hunger are fully equipped to reach their full potential!
We meet at Hill Country Bible Church - Lakeline location in the North Auditorium. Use the family entrance by the cafe!
