At PurposeWorks, we deeply value both your time and the people we serve. Saying yes to volunteer with us is more than filling a role. It's choosing to show up with intention, faith, and care.
We encourage volunteers to consider a one-year commitment. Consistency helps us build meaningful relationships, provide dependable support, and honor the people we serve. But we also understand that not everyone can commit that far ahead, and we don't want that to keep you from getting involved.
Whether you can serve weekly, monthly, or occasionally, we'd love to explore how your gifts, talents, and availability can make a difference.
Our desire is for serving with PurposeWorks to be life-giving, not burdensome. We encourage you to pray about how God might be calling you to serve and to make a commitment that fits your current season of life.

Stewardship & Responsibility
You don't need to be perfect, and you don't need to be anyone but yourself here. What we do ask is that you remember: when you serve as a PurposeWorks volunteer, you carry the PurposeWorks heart, values, and mission into every interaction.
Serving at PurposeWorks is both a privilege and a responsibility. Whether you're walking one-on-one with a job seeker or serving behind the scenes, your presence reflects our belief that every person has a God-given purpose worth discovering.
We ask volunteers to honor the commitments they make, communicate openly, and serve with faithfulness and care. Different roles require different levels of availability, and we'll work together to find an opportunity that fits your schedule and gifts.
We also recognize that life happens. Family needs, health challenges, and work transitions can change your availability. If your circumstances change, simply let us know so we can plan accordingly.
You matter more than any volunteer role. You'll always be part of the PurposeWorks family, and the door will remain open whenever you're ready to serve again.

💸 Consider Supporting PurposeWorks Financially (Optional)
If you feel led to give, a gift of $25 per month or $300 annually helps support job seekers, training, and resources. Financial giving is completely optional and is never required to volunteer. We are grateful for every way you support our mission through your time, talents, prayers, or financial gifts.
